Customers understand that the deposit is for the specified session. One rescheduling is allowed upon request. After the first rescheduling, the deposit is forfeited.

Regrettably, our 'sessions' are NON REFUNDABLE due to the nature of the provided service.

*Running Late?: If you are unable to attend within 15 minutes of your reserved date and time, automatic rescheduling will occur without exceptions. Kindly plan accordingly for your session.
